Imagine yourself surrounded by the rustic and cozy beauty of a carefully restored stone house, where history intertwines with modern comfort.

The Saia Grande house consists of 2 floors, on the first floor there is a bathroom and an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, connected to theprivate patio which has a gasbarbecue and terrace furniture. The entrance to the house is through the courtyard.

On the upper floor there is a bathroom and two bedrooms with a closet each

There is no living space above the property, only on the side, they are semi-detached houses

Each house is for the exclusive and total use of the guests

The swimming pool is shared by 2 other houses in our complex, it is saltwater and heated. In the area surrounding the pool we have separate sun lounger areas for each of the houses. This area is completely fenced off, with views of the mountains and total privacy to the outside

The house has a private, closed parking lot with a wallbox for free use. The host does not live on the property.
