The house consists of 2 floors, on the first floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom and an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, connected by glass windows to the private patio with a gas barbecue and terrace furniture. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a private bathroom. There is no dwelling above the property, only to the side; they are semi-detached houses. Each house is for the exclusive use of all guests. The swimming pool is shared by 2 other houses in our complex, it is saltwater and heated. In the area surrounding the pool we have separate sun lounger areas for each of the houses. This area is completely fenced off, with views of the mountains and total privacy to the outside. The house has a private, closed parking lot with a wallbox for free use. The host does not live on the property
